By placing an order with Mercado del Plata you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Orders are sent directly to Mercado del Plata. An order is confirmed once Mercado del Plata accepts it. Mercado del Plata is responsible for preparing and fulfilling your order.
Prices, items and availability are set by Mercado del Plata and may change without notice. Taxes and any additional charges are shown before you confirm.
Payments are processed through the methods offered at checkout, such as Mercado Pago or cash on delivery. Online payments are handled by the payment provider, not by Mercado del Plata directly.
Fulfillment options, times and any delivery areas are defined by Mercado del Plata. Estimated times are approximate.
Cancellations and refunds are handled by Mercado del Plata according to its own policy. Please contact Mercado del Plata about any issue with your order.
Mercado del Plata uses Piqero as its ordering and payment technology. Piqero provides the software but is not the seller of the food nor responsible for order fulfillment.
To the extent permitted by law, Mercado del Plata is responsible for the products it sells. Piqero is not liable for the quality, safety or fulfillment of orders.
