These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with Mamila through its Piqero-powered ordering page.
By placing an order with Mamila you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Orders are sent directly to Mamila. An order is confirmed once Mamila accepts it. Mamila is responsible for preparing and fulfilling your order.
Prices, items and availability are set by Mamila and may change without notice. Taxes and any additional charges are shown before you confirm.
Payments are processed through the methods offered at checkout, such as Mercado Pago or cash on delivery. Online payments are handled by the payment provider, not by Mamila directly.
Fulfillment options, times and any delivery areas are defined by Mamila. Estimated times are approximate.
Cancellations and refunds are handled by Mamila according to its own policy. Please contact Mamila about any issue with your order.
Mamila uses Piqero as its ordering and payment technology. Piqero provides the software but is not the seller of the food nor responsible for order fulfillment.
To the extent permitted by law, Mamila is responsible for the products it sells. Piqero is not liable for the quality, safety or fulfillment of orders.
Mamila may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time of your order applies.
